Information used by Lion Lines

• Account identity: when you sign in through the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in, Lion Lines receives an account identifier and email address to identify your account, save your lines, and manage access.
• Saved lines and preferences: saved pitch identifiers are stored with your account. This browser also uses local storage for saved lines. Signing out does not automatically clear browser storage; use your browser’s site-data controls on a shared device.
• Payments and membership: Lion Lines stores transaction and subscription identifiers, account associations, amounts, membership status, and related verification records. PayPal processes payment details. This application does not collect or store your full card number, bank login, or PayPal password.
• Support: information you send when asking for help is used to respond and investigate the issue.
• Operation and security: hosting and payment providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs under their own notices.

Why information is used

We use it to provide account access, sync saved lines, verify payments, handle cancellations and billing issues, prevent misuse, meet recordkeeping obligations, and answer support requests.

Providers and sharing

OpenAI/ChatGPT hosting and authentication, Cloudflare hosting/storage infrastructure, and PayPal help provide the service. Google Fonts is used to load website fonts and may receive connection information from your browser. Providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.

The Lion Lines application does not include advertising trackers or a data-sale feature. This statement describes this application; platform providers’ own data practices are covered by their notices.

Storage and retention

Account and saved-line records are kept to provide the service. Payment, security, and support records may be retained as needed for billing disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use protected server settings for payment credentials. No online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You can change saved lines in the app, clear browser storage, and cancel future subscription renewals. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of Lion Lines account data, contact LionLines@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, financial, or security reasons. A request to delete Lion Lines data does not delete your separate ChatGPT or PayPal account. Cancel a recurring subscription as well as requesting deletion.

Audience and updates

Lion Lines is intended for adult sales professionals and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. This notice may be updated as the service changes; material changes will be communicated where required.
